Amanda is a licensed clinical psychologist and the clinical supervisor at Dr. Alena Schuss LMFT and Associates. Amanda owns Trinity Counseling Ministries, a low fee Christian counseling clinic in Mission Viejo. She earned her doctorate in 1996, was licensed in Arizona in 1997 and has been licensed in the state of California since 2005. She was on staff at Coast Hills Church for 12 years and has been running Trinity for the last 10 years as the clinical director and supervisor. Amanda has been married for 32 years and she and Jonathan have three children, ages 24, 26, and 28. Her professional practice includes people of all ages but in the last few years she has mostly worked with women who are experiencing depression and anxiety, and couples and families in crisis.
