Michelle is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with couples in crisis, women facing significant life transitions, and individuals and families navigating trauma and relational challenges. She is known for her warmth, deep empathy, and collaborative approach, creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
Michelle is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and draws from the principles of attachment theory in her work. She believes that many of our deepest wounds are formed in the context of unhealthy relationships-and that true healing happens in the presence of healthy, supportive connections. Michelle partners with her clients to repair trust, build secure attachments, and foster resilience, helping them move toward greater emotional health and relational strength.
Her clinical experience includes supporting clients through family issues, relational and sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, grief and loss, and addiction. Michelle is particularly passionate about helping families in crisis, including those navigating parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, and marital conflict.
Michelle's own journey through crisis, loss, and healing has given her a profound understanding of life's complexities. She is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they discover new ways to connect, heal, and grow-believing that everyone's story matters and deserves to be shared.
Outside the therapy room, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Champ, embracing the joys of their empty nest. She finds renewal in quiet days at the farm, road trips with friends, and family game nights.
