Individual therapy typically takes around 50 minutes to an hour per session. During
this time, an individual meets one-on-one with the therapist in a confidential and
supportive environment. The therapist provides a safe space for the individual to
explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. They may use various therapeutic
techniques and approaches tailored to the individual's specific needs and goals. The
duration of each session allows for a focused and in-depth exploration of the
individual's concerns, the development of coping strategies, and the promotion of
personal growth and well-being.
